Nun is around (7130) mtrs 
June to OctoberChoose distination in Ladakh to feel the joy of gaining height.
The Nun and Kun mountain massif comprise of two pair of Himalayas peak located in Suru valley, between Kargil and Zanskar region located near Rangdum remote village of Zanskar in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. The altitude of Nun is around 7130 mtrs and Kun 7075 mtrs above sea level and the weather around this peak keep on changing constantly. It is located to the west of Kargil, normally takes around 3 hours to get there by taxi. Sometime take little more time because the condition of the road to Zanskar is not upto mark. Expedition to this peak is considered technical and atleast basic training should take before going on this expedition. Summit to either of these peaks feel you on the top of the world. Rest the suru valley is very beautiful to watch which is on the way to this expedition.
Leh to Kargil (2676 M) second district of Ladakh region
Early Check out from hotel/guest house is needed to get Kargil on time, around 250 Kms away from Leh. while driving to Kargil you can see moonland the famous place to visit in Lamayuru along with the monastery belong to Drigung kargyud sect of Tibetan Buddhism. Lunch can be had at Lamayuru and start driving continue toward Kargil. Check in at hotel Kargil.
Kargil to Tangol village (3700 M)
After breakfast at hotel check out from hotel and drive to Tangol . On the way you can visit Suru valley one of the most beautiful valley of Kargil district. Sangku is a village before Tangol, we can see the first view of Nun from this village. Overnight in camp at beautiful camping site.
Tangol to Base camp (4600 M).
Early morning breakfast at camp site. you need to start trek to Base camp, bit far from this place, takes around 5 to 7 hours. it can take more than this depend on the walking speed. On arrival establish camp and over night in tent at camping site.
Camp 1, Camp 2 and Summit camp and back to Basecamp.
Next 12 days for establish higher camp for eg. C1, C2, summit camp and attempt to summit Mt.Nun (7135 M) and trek back to base camp. Over night in tent at base camp.
Base camp to Tangol
Base camp to Tangol. Over stay at camp site.
Tangol to Kargil
Morning after breakfast drive back to kargil by taxi. Overnight in hotel/guest house.
Kargil to Srinagar/Leh (1850 M).
On the way to Srinagar in Drass you can visit kargil war memorial of 1999 war between India and Pakistan. The post like Tololing, Tiger hill etc can be seen from Drass road side. Breakfast can be had at Drass market. And lunch at Sonamerg beautiful place to watch after Zojilla pass and start drive to Srinagar. Overnight in hotel/ house boat in Srinagar unique accommodation in the valley.
